Overview
Governance, Risk & Controls Strong governance is the backbone of sustainable institutions, particularly for SOEs and Local Authorities operating under heightened public accountability. Public and quasi-public institutions in Namibia operate under a level of scrutiny that private organisations often don’t face and the cost of governance failure is correspondingly higher.
